About Me

Hello! I am client-centered in my approach, and I believe that treatment should be tailored to the individual client's needs, strengths, and goals. I have training in multiple theoretical approaches, and am dedicated to helping clients heal from past traumas, rebuild their confidence and self-worth, and find meaning in their lives. I believe that although seeking therapeutic help can be intimidating, when we work together to create meaningful change, we can achieve increased life satisfaction and happiness.

My specialties include complex trauma, depression, personality disorders, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, addictions, and women’s issues. Clients describe me as easy to talk to, gently confrontational, and friendly. I strive to follow my clients' needs while pointing out patterns and themes that I see from a "bird's eye view".

Let's chat and see if working together might be the right choice for your journey to healing.
